Silver Heights Assisted Living Facility maintains ongoing communication with physicians, hospice agencies, home health providers, and other licensed third-party professionals to support continuity of care. Our team ensures timely updates, accurate documentation, and coordinated services that align with each resident’s individualized care plan.

    Dining & Nutritional Services

Residents are provided with freshly prepared, well-balanced meals designed to meet daily nutritional needs. Special diets and therapeutic dietary modifications are accommodated in accordance with physician orders and individual health requirements.

    Housekeeping & Personal Laundry Services

Routine housekeeping and personal laundry services are provided to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Our commitment to cleanliness supports both resident well-being and overall community standards.

    Activities & Social Engagement

We offer a structured program of recreational and social activities designed to promote engagement, encourage meaningful interaction, and support cognitive and emotional well-being. Activities are tailored to accommodate varying interests and functional abilities.
